The Annual General Meeting of Barry Rugby Football Club Limited will be held at the Clubhouse at 6:30pm on Thursday 14th December. All Patron, Family, Senior Players and Community members are welcome.
At this years AGM we require the voting from members for the appointment of two new members of the Board of Directors due to Club Treasurer Colin Morris and Club Secretary John Anthony stepping down from their long years of service on the committee and most recently as Registered Ltd Company directors. Any proposals and nominations, duly proposed and seconded by fully paid up members (Patron, Family, Senior Players and Community) must be made via email to the club secretary at least 5 days prior to the meeting to the email address below.
Any members wishing to raise any matters at the meeting must give advance notice by writing to the Club Secretary at janthony.barryrfc@gmail.com at least 5 days prior to the meeting.
